1: IS CASH NETWORK LEGAL OR IS IT A PYRAMID?


What is a pyramid scheme is. It is by law a non-sustainable business model that involves promising participants payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public. Pyramid schemes are a form of fraud. Now that you know what one is. Here is why T.C.N. is not. T.C.N. pays no commissions on or for the act of recruiting agents. Before T.C.N. pays any commissions and agent must perform a service(s) or sell a service(s) or product(s). An example of performing a service would be when an agent spends 3 to 5 minutes to place a FREE ad using our simple 3 step FREE system "The Get The Word Out Advertising System" and also agrees to receive up to 5 Texts or Emails in a 24 hour period. Those two items just mentioned is the foundation of our business model. As for selling a service or a product or even buying such for personal use is pretty self explanatory. 


2: HOW DOES IT WORK AND HOW CAN YOU MAKE MONEY WHEN IT IS FREE?


Do not get the word FREE mixed up with DO NOTHING. As explained in F.A.Q. #1 all compensation is based on someone performing a service or buying/selling a product or service.


3: WHO OWNS THE COMPANY?


Text Cash Network Inc is a USA Corporation and is own 100% by a five year old communication company which is another USA Corporation owned by The Johnson Group. We have not disclosed the communication's company name or contact information in fear that THOUSANDS OF AGENTS may or should we say would call them for information prior to our official launch of 12/12/2011. They are not an MLM or Marketing Company set up to handle such incoming calls. Once T.C.N. Customer Service Center is open they could then just re-direct such calls to T.C.N.


4: HOW ARE THEY GOING TO PROVIDE OFFERS IN OTHER COUNTRIES?


Advertising knows no boundaries. Advertising is a GLOBAL PRODUCT. Advertising is a Trillion Dollar Industry.


5: WHO ACTUALLY SELLS THE ADVERTISING PACKAGES?


T.C.N. Corporate has a 100% separate division set up to call on traditional businesses worldwide. V.I.P. Agent will need to sell only 1 V.I.P. Advertising Package Annually. A sale to self to resell, to personally use or to just give it away as a gift would count as such. In fact when you personally use it or give it away as a gift it just may have some tax benefits. Check with a professional tax accountant. 


6: WILL A NEW WEBSITE LAUNCH ON 12/12/2011?


The T.C.N. Website will be a work in progress for the next 6 to 12 months. We will continue to improve it as we grow and realize what works better. By 01/12/2012 or before T.C.N. will launch it's MEMBERS ONLY Website. This will be for people who wish to participate with our offers but not in the business side of Text Cash Network. We estimate a (up to) 20 to 1 ratio with Agent being 1 and Member being 20. Our 1st year goal is 1,000,000 Agents with 20,000,000 Members.


7: WHAT WILL T.C.N. DO ABOUT NEGATIVE BLOGS ON THE INTERNET?


The Internet is The WILD WILD WEST when it comes to what people say about anything. The laws are very different today than they were even 3 years ago. They finally passed several laws that will allow a company like T.C.N. to protect it's good name and business model. And we will use the full extent of the law to protect T.C.N. when made available to us. Please note that many of these blogs or so called M.L.M. SELF PROCLAIMED CRITICS produced no legal documentation not substantial facts. Instead they hide behind such disclaimers such as IT IS MY OPINION or SO AND SO SAID OR CLAIMS. Now on the other hand if a Licensed MLM Practicing Attorney were to say such please let us know ASAP. 


NOTE ALSO: Many people who write these blogs hide behind bogus names, e-mails and even hide their ISP. If you ever come across someone who does slander or prints mis-information about our company and you have a real name and contact information please pass it on to our legal department located in your back office.


8: WILL I BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY TEAM VIA THE BACK OFFICE?


T.C.N. describes your team as YOU and all of your Personally Sponsored. You will be provided with the telephone numbers and e-mails supplied by your 1st level only. Many people on your 1st level do not want their upline communicating with their team. And if they did they could always supply such information to their upline.


9: HOW WILL THE COMPANY PAY?


By the 1st T.C.N. Pay Day you will see a Global Pay System in your back office. It will offer you many ways of receiving your compensation earned. From a simple transfer to your checking account or debit card to receiving a wire or an ACH. Optional T.C.N. Debit Cards will be offered. Referral Agents are paid monthly and V.I.P. Referral Agents will be paid weekly.


10: WILL THERE BE A BREAK DOWN IN HOW WE EARN OUR COMPENSATION?


This is where the T.C.N. Back Office Software Tracking and Accounting System excels far beyond others. It will show every single transaction for every single part of the compensation plan. Every penny and we mean every nickle will be accounted for. Example if an agent earns $105.65 in the POWER-GRID. When they click on the $105.65 it will show where every penny of such compensation came from including the name or id# of the person is was derived from. You will be impressed. 


11: DOES TEXT CASH NETWORK HAVE AN MLM ATTORNEY?


Yes, and is very well known in The MLM Industry. In addition we have a host of traditional domestic and international legal representatives. Please note that our current and future legal team is not here to accept calls from our referral agents. They are hire and retained to insure us that we operate under the law within the countries we have chosen to do business in. They are also here to protect us from any legal entities or governmental agencies who wish to challenge our FREE ENTERPRISE SYSTEM.

Congratulations TCN Management has a detailed FAQ coming from the 1600 support tickets they responded to. 9 out of 10 support tickets could be answered by the below FAQ which is now in your back office.

Q- Do I have to fill all 10 levels of the Power-Grid to receive commissions?
A- You are not required to build all ten levels in order to receive commissions; however filling additional levels could earn you a considerable amount more through our compensation plans.

Q- I paid in full, why did you only charge me $129?
A- Paid in full accounts ($399) are credited with Voucher for $459 to your TCN Virtual Account. When your purchase of the VIP Package is completed, the $129 is debited from your TCN Virtual Account Voucher balance and the rest will remain in your TCN Virtual Account Voucher balance. The funds are held in a Voucher which will be used to make the monthly payments. Vouchers cannot be withdrawn from your TCN Virtual Account.

Q- Do I have to upgrade to a VIP member to recieve commissions?
A- You are not required to upgrade to a VIP member in order to received commissions. However, as a free member, you will only have the opportunity to earn up to 3 types of commissions on the Power-Direct, Power-Grid and Power-Line Genealogy. Therefore we strongly recommend upgrading to the VIP package, where you will also have access to the Power-Grid Plus, Power-Grid Plus Match, Power-Matrix, Power-Matrix Referral Bonus and Power-Line Match Genealogies as well. This will in turn give you access to all 12 of the available revenue streams.

Q- The Power-Line is not calculating?
A- The Power-Line system is currently being revamped due to the tremendous growth of TCN over the past few weeks. It should be up and running again sometime in the next couple weeks.

Q- When does the Power-Line Pay?
A- The Power-Line is calculated and paid quarterly based on the points you have accumulated, please refer to our website for additional information regarding our compensation options.

Q- How does TCN make payouts to its Referral Agents?
A- Withdrawal options are made available through a partnership with i-Payout Systems. International Payout Systems, Inc. (IPS) was formed in January, 2006 as a result of the combination of two companies, one focused on mobile payments and the other on international banking. The resulting company is delivering a universal payment solution to companies throughout the world who are able to leverage IPS’ banking relationships and technology expertise to make the organization more efficient while managing cash very closely.

IPS is a pioneer in sourcing and combining multiple financial services into flexible and secure payout and pay-in systems. This includes payroll or commissions for organizations required to pay participants, members, 1099-contractors or employees on a global scale.

IPS is currently processing financial transactions worldwide, with business offices located in the U.S. (Fort Lauderdale and San Diego), the U.K. (London), and Panama. IPS has expanded its banking relationships based upon the requirements of its clients and is now processing in 115 countries through a network of over 140 banks and processing relationships.

Q- I am not able to receive Text Message from TCN?
A- If you are still not receiving any texts, it may be possible that we do not currently support your network, however we are constantly working to expand our options further to reach your needs. For those of you unable to validate your Mobile Phone Numbers Text Cash Network will still send advertisements to your valid email address, and you will still have the ability to earn commission, and enjoy the monetary benefits of TCN.

Q- Will TCN open offices in other Countries?
A- We are currently planning to open satellite offices in countries where we have accumulated ten thousand or more RA's. The offices will perform payment collection and remittances and technical support in the native languages of the region.

Q- Will I lose my position due to delays in payment?
A- The initial cutoff date has been moved to 1/16/2012. At this point everyone will be placed in the compensation structures according to their line of individual sponsorship. Therefore as long as you are upgraded to the VIP status before Jan 16th, you will not lose your position. However, after this date, placements will be made real time through the system. 

Shortly after this date, commissions on these upgrades will begin being paid out.

Q- Does TCN provide email or phone Customer Support?
A- Currently TCN only provides Customer Support via our Support System located within your TCN Back Office.

Q- What languages does TCN provide Customer Support in?
A- Currently we only provide customer support in English. Please translate your inquiry to English before sending.

Q- I am not able to verify my email address?
A- If you are unable to verify your email address with TCN please submitt a Support Case/Ticket. We will check to see if your Host Email providered accpeted the email from us and get back with you ASAP.

Q- Can I change my Website Site Address or URL?
A- Yes, you may do this through your back office. Under the My Profile tab select the Account Information link, then in the Referral Agent Information section you may change your URL or Web Site Address, remember to click the save button after making your changes.

Q- Can I close my account at any time?
A- We will sadly close your account at any time for you; simply submit a Support Ticket/Case requesting to do so. However, as a new company, we are striving to attain a high level of customer satisfaction and would like to reach your upmost expectations. Could please provide us with the reasons for requesting for us to do so, we would greatly appreciate it.

Q- How do I cancel my account?
A- You can cancel your account at any time by simply requesting for us to do so through this support system.

Q- Can I transfer to another Referral Agent?
A- Once you are registered under a TCN Referral Agent you are locked in under them. The only way to transfer Referring Agents is to contact us via a Support Case and explain the situation which would warrant the request. We will then verify with your Referring Agent your request to change. If your Referring Agent is in agreement with your request we will cancel your current account and notify you, at which time you may sign up again with the desired Referral Agent.

Q- I registered, now what?
A- You can begin building your team of Referral Agents by advertising your personal URL and by utilizing the "My Ad Platform" tab in your back office. Posting ads and advertising your personal URL should help to build your team of Referral Agents. Typically these agents are going to continue spreading the word, receiving texts, selling products, and building their own teams. All of these activities will in turn have the potential to earn you additional commissions.

Q- My site does not come up; I am getting a “Error 404”.
A- Did you sign up as a TCN pro for the additional $14.95 as well? If not, you must remove the text you entered in the TCN pros URL posted under the account information tab in your back office. This information is rerouting your referrals to another link that is not supported under your current package plan.

Q- I have replied to a TCN validation text message, however my account remains "Unvalidaetd".
A- If you have replied to a Verification Text message from TCN and your account remains unvalidated, please follow these steps for the secondary receive only verification process. This process will validate your account for receive only text messages from TCN;

1. Under the "My Profile Tab" select "Account Information"

2. Scroll to the Current Phone Numbers column and select "Edit Phone" from the bottom of the column.

3. Then select "Click Here Now" and to send a validation code to your phone, you will then be prompted within the web page to enter your unique verification code received on your phone via text message.

If you are still not receiving any texts, it may be possible that we do not currently support your network, however we are constantly working to expand our options further to reach your needs.

Q- Why is my Mobile Phone Network is not supported?
A- We apologize but we do not currently support your wireless network. However, at over 700 networks and counting, we are constantly working to expand our options to further reach your needs. 

Q- Why is my Country not SMS supported?
A- We apologize but we do not currently support wireless networks in your region. However, at over 700 networks and counting, we are constantly working to expand our options to further reach your needs. For those of you unable to receive Text Messages from TCN, we remind you that you have the ability to opt-in to recieve email advertisments instead through your back office.

Q- When will text messages begin being sent and when will I be paid?
A- We are currently expecting text messages to begin being sent out some time in the next 30 to 60 days. Commissions on these texts will be posted once they begin sending. In the meantime, you can begin earning commissions through the sale of VIP Advertising packages.

Q- I am not able to verify my email address?
A- If you are unable to verify your email address with TCN please submitt a Support Case/Ticket. We will check to see if your Host Email providered accpeted the email from us and get back with you ASAP.

Q- My VIP Ad Package Payment Has not posted, have I missed the deadline?
A- We are still in the process of picking up payments made before the deadline VIP/Upgrade Ad Package Payments. If your payment was submitted prior to midnight on January 16th it will be posted as paid prior to the deadline.
Q- What payment options are offered by TCN?
A- We are currently accepting payment in via the TCN/I-Payout eWallet, Alert Pay, Liberty Reserve, Western Union, Money Orders, Personal or Business Checks and Cashier Checks. However, we plan to have additional options in the near future.

Q- Why was my credit card refunded? Why was my VIP status revoked?
A- Due to issues with international fraud, all credit card transactions were refunded by the company. We are currently working to resolve these issues and should be accepting credit card payment again somtime in the next 30 days.

Q- I have not received my Entrust Cards?
A- For information regarding your Entrust Cards please open a case directly with TCN Pros/Network Growth via their Support System located in your TCN Pros/Network Growth back office. The Login link is located at the top right side of thewww.tcnpros.com website.
Q- What is the TCN Virtual Account?
A- The TCN Virtual Account is an internal accounting system TCN uses to account for monies received and paid out to Referral Agents. All payments to and from Referral Agents will be made thru this account. The system also utilizes a unique Vouchers system, which are positive balances that can be spent only on TCN Products, Vouchers may not be withdrawn.
Q- I received an Error Message, what do I do?
A- Please copy and paste the error message you received into a Support Ticket/Case and send it to the Management Department. We will work hard to resolve it within the next 24 hrs.

Q- What does the "U" mean next to my personally referred Agents in my back office?
A- The "U" indicates that the Referral Agent has Unsubscribed from the system emails.



Q- My site does not come up; I am getting a “Error 404”.
